What to expect in a consultation?
Mighty Moon aims to empower the innate healer within, working in partnership with you on your healing journey. You are an integral part of the process, as only you know what’s really happening in your body, mind & spirit. The healing depends on the work you are willing to do and the intention you bring to your healing. We will take a holistic approach to wellness, examining the emotional, mental, and physical aspects to uncover the root cause of the ailment. We are whole! We must look at the entire picture.
We will work as a team, as I am committed to assisting you in creating optimal health choices and creating a protocol of herbal medicine to assist you on your journey.
Overview
Intake form- you will be given an intake form to fill out regarding your health concerns, diet, lifestyle, etc…
Video Call- we will schedule a video call, typically one hour plus in length to discuss the intake form and next steps.
Herbal Protocol- You will receive a written herbal protocol within a few days to get you started on your herbal journey.
Custom Blend Tincture- You will receive a custom-blended tincture that specifically meets your needs.
Follow-up emails/call- 10-15 min call to check in. Emails as necessary.
